A1 Timber Frame Manufacture

Our timber frame manufacture is based at our factory in South Wales. The structural elements that comprise our timber frame are design and prepared using the latest technology. Whether for houses or timber frames for flats, schools, hotels, offices and sports facilities, we can build up to eight storeys high and conform to all the requirements of the Building Regulations.

Our factory production of the timber frame panels ensures that they are accurately manufactured to precise tolerances in a controlled environment. Then the timber frame panels are rapidly erected on site and, with trussed rafters forming the roof, a weather tight building can be created in a matter of days. This enables work to continue in protected conditions within the building whilst the outer cladding and roof finishes are applied.

Timber frame construction

The timber framed are constructed of wall panels that carry the loads on the building right to the foundations. Then the outer cladding provides decoration and weather protection. Of course there are many cladding options, such as brick, stone or lightweight claddings, or timber boarding, tile hanging or render.
